Our guarantee
A written guarantee on every job
No vague promises. Every repair and re-roof we carry out in Clevedon comes with a clear, written guarantee — here’s exactly what that covers.
Our guarantee, in plain English
We back every job with a written guarantee — the details depend on the type of work, but the principle is always the same: if something we did fails within the guarantee period, we come back and put it right at no cost to you.
- 10-year guarantee on full re-roofs
- 5-year guarantee on leadwork & flashing
- 2-year guarantee on tile & slate repairs
- 20-year guarantee on EPDM flat roofing
- Guarantee terms confirmed in writing on every quote
- No small print — ask us anything before you sign
- Fully insured for public liability throughout
- Guarantee transfers if you sell your home within the period
A verbal promise isn’t worth much
Anyone can tell you a job will last. What matters is whether that promise is written down, dated and attached to your quote — because that’s the only version that means anything if something needs revisiting eighteen months later. Every guarantee we issue is written into the paperwork before work starts, not offered as an afterthought once the invoice is paid. This matters even more on Clevedon’s seafront properties, where salt air and exposed positions put extra strain on roofing materials.
