Sits underneath the fascia, closing the gap between roof edge and wall while allowing loft ventilation.
Guttering
Carries rainwater away from the roof — when it fails, water can track down the wall and into the foundations.
Downpipes
Carry water from the guttering to ground level or a drain — a common blockage point.
Gutter brackets & joints
The fixings and seals that keep guttering aligned and leak-free.
Bargeboards
The sloped boards at the gable end of a roof, often replaced alongside fascias.
